Refund Policy

You may cancel at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period — your service remains active until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, no cash refund is available. Instead, the remaining unused portion is applied as an account credit valid for 12 months.

Account credit is automatically applied to future invoices and is non-transferable.

If your application is not approved during KYC verification, you receive a full automatic refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If WarmShell is unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances within our control (address issues, lease termination), you will receive a full refund for the remaining service period or a free migration to an equivalent address.

Cancel through your dashboard (Settings > Cancel Subscription) or contact billing@warmshell.io. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
